Cancellation Policy

At Prime Tyme Wash, we are committed to providing reliable service while maintaining a fair schedule for our clients and technicians.

Non-Refundable Deposit

A 10% deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit is non-refundable, regardless of cancellation or rescheduling reason.

Cancellations Within 48 Hours

Cancellations or reschedules made within 48 hours of the scheduled service will result in a 50% cancellation fee to cover reserved time and resources.

Cancellation After Rescheduling

If an appointment is rescheduled one or more times and then canceled, a 50% cancellation fee will apply.



No-Call, No-Show Policy

Failure to appear for your scheduled appointment without notice will result in a charge of the full service amount.

We understand emergencies happen and encourage clients to contact us as soon as possible if scheduling changes are needed.
